  1. If you don't take it too seriously, it's a pretty cool show.
  2. I did briefly, but it is pretty hard - no time for hobbies and exhausting
  3. Just wondering what should I generally expect. What happened in your first lesson? Did you get a chance to 'spar' freely on the mat, what techniques do they first teach etc Thanks
  4. How is "Shoot" jiu jitsu different from BJJ or Japanese jiu jitsu?
  5. Ok, I have a few questions about lifting weights. I have always thought of it to be a necessity to one who wants to be fit, as it makes you stronger, strengthens your bones, makes you look better, etc etc. However lately I've been thinking of some of the bad side effects such as problems with wrists and other such body parts from lifting, and it doesn't really seem to promote a healthy lifestyle (gain, cut, gain, cut). So what I was wondering is what do you people feel is the optimum way to train with weights for one who is purely concerned with strength and endurance, and overall fitness, not so much to get massive and look ripped. I want to be as fit and healthy as possible and lifting heavy weights doesn't seem to promote this. But I could be very wrong. Thoughts?
  6. This is probably a silly question but anyway... I was a bit bored the other day and decided to have a go of the good old street fighter game on Sega. Anyway at the start it gives a profile of each fighter, containing height, weight etc... Then it has a bit called B: W: H: I am wondering if this is this something fictional they have made up, or if it is some kind of known fitness measurement of things, and if measurement of what? An example of a BWH given is B:44" W:31" H: 33" Thanks to anyone who replies
  7. Yeh it sounds like you're suited to Inside centre or flanker, I'd say Inside Centre. But I'm biased as I play in the backs You'll have to make a fair few tackles, and you'll do a lot of charging. All the backline moves will revolve around you. IC's are usually tall strong blokes, so they might have some size on you so that would be the only problem, but if your a good tackler yeh no worries, so IC I reckon. I don't know enough about Flanker to comment, but from my exerience the backline will get a lot more ball then the forwards, so if you wanna do your charges yeh go for IC.
  8. Haha, thanks. I don't think Microsoft will miss the 90 bucks I would've payed for the game.
  9. I need a file called rockalldll.dll, anyone know where I can get it from? Cheers, Ahaz
  10. Do you think there might be more than 1 sniper?
  11. How so I strengthen my hands and fingers?
  12. BTW this is the program I have at the moment, please give me some feedback, I want too know what I should change/where I should go next. Military Press, 3 sets 8 reps Dumbbell Curls, 3 sets 8 reps 10 burpees, 2 sets of 30 pushups legs raised killer crunches, 3 sets of 15 legs raised Barbell Curls, 3 sets 8 reps Dead Lift 3 sets 8 reps.
