Shorinryu Kid

Well. I just recently transfered from Shotokan to Shorinryu, and I got to keep my rank and once I am up to that rank in that style I can test to get my next rank....my instructor said that I earned that rank and it wasn't his place to take it...if I earned it I get to keep it...I dunno how your instructor will be!

I am a 4th Kyu green belt in Shotokan and Shorinryu I do it b/c it keeps me in shape and so that I can compete

I got 2 months and I wanna improve all that I can in that time period

I am training for sparring competition and I think I can improve and get a little more of an edge if I am streched more....does anyone have any ideas of methods or techniques that they use or have heard about?? This would help me out alot!!!!
