  1. Hi again, im here to tell that i hadn't decide yet if i go back to WC.I wanna make the decision on the next 30 to 60 days. If i can't figure it out some way to keep my WC posture only at the dojo, the art i love could be doom for me. My WC posture doesn't cause any pain for me. I'm 6'02 tall and weight 84 kgs

  8. If that is your goal, then you need to realize that a military posture is actually unhealthy. Maybe you're perceptions of proper posture need to be reexamined. why is unhealty?

Can someone talk to me? i train WC for more than a year, but i always had a big issue with the primary base. this position left my back and my hip pointing foward, making my body looking very non-atletic (i like to workout). All my life i had a bad body posture, but the gym help me alot, after i start my WC trainning, my bad posture return stronger. i like WC alot and i train in the best dojo of the city (4 millions hab) but i have to obtain a good posture, is a promess that i make to myself when i was younger. i have 21 years now.

I train win chun and i notice that most of students that train has a little humpback, like their posture aren't correct and their shoulders are little foward. did u notice this or have any comments about it. this is really important for me because I want to change my posture but this may cost my kung fu style
