Can someone talk to me? i train WC for more than a year, but i always had a big issue with the primary base. this position left my back and my hip pointing foward, making my body looking very non-atletic (i like to workout). All my life i had a bad body posture, but the gym help me alot, after i start my WC trainning, my bad posture return stronger. i like WC alot and i train in the best dojo of the city (4 millions hab) but i have to obtain a good posture, is a promess that i make to myself when i was younger. i have 21 years now.
