  1. I think who would win depends on who has the best strategy. From a distance of course the kickboxer is going to dominate, but if the boxer is able to get inside of the range of the kickboxer's kicks then more than likely he is going to have the advantage. The boxer is likely to have faster and harder punches than the kickboxer and may be able to deafet him at a close range. My humble opinion...
  2. Thx for all the ideas, I'll try them all out. FSK are you talking about something like a concentration bag, cause I think I know what you're talking about but i just wanna be sure.
  3. Does anyone know of any exercises or ways of speeding up reaction time? I know its kind of a strange question, but it seems it would benefit someone greatly in many ways if they could react to an opponents movements faster. If this is a completly bogus question than I apoligize, but if anyone could be of help it would be greatly appreciated. Thx

  5. What are everyone's opinions on weight training and kickboxing at the same time? I'm asking b/c I've heard arguements for and against it. Does it really slow you down that much? If so is it worth it to sacrafice the speed for power until you can build the speed back up? Thx
