Any good ideas about material for handbooks basically for MT and kickboxing?

Does anybody think it would be a good idea to make up quizzes and tests. Just like in school to see how well they are doing? And does anybody do this already? If so does it work well?

I need pro fighters. They can come from america or worldwide. The fights will be 10 rounds long.
