  14. What rank or belt are you? -3rd kyu-Brown Belt (Shito-Ryu)
  15. Well some of the fundamentals are form, Balance and Center of Gravity, Power and Speed, Hip Coordination, Focus, Rhythm, timing and distance and good spirit. In shito-ryu you learn to do stances, blocks, kicks, thrusts, weapons -For example a person could attack you with a kick *you first could scoop block kick them *Second strike to ankle *Grab leg and strike with handknife *Finish by sweeping *And then strike to throat --you will be learning how to defend and disarm people and hurt them enough where..you can run away Shito-ryu is the oldest official blend in a recognized style of karate Yes I believe it is very interesting and chanllenging as long as you work hard at it
