i love you all, welcome battousai... -
if you wanna make a shuriken very quickly, get a simple CD and get a knife sharpener and sharpen the sides till you can cut the thanksgiving turkey with it. If you have mad frisbee skills, you should be able to use your new weapon successfully

heheh, my icon, well... It is some random Japanese guy that I thought looked funny/cool. So now he is famous all over the United States. Any other people wish to comment their strategy? -
One Inch Punch
brando-san replied to BKJ1216's topic in Kung Fu, JKD, Wing Chun, Tai Chi, and Chinese Martial Arts
I could do the one-inch punch around the 3rd try around. I knocked my best friend over a bench when I did it then blew up his house prior to doing it. -
Well in a matter of speaking, I need new shoes. But about your question, the Chinese are more precise and cool, but the Chinese and Japanese cant copy eachother or that would look stupid. Their eyes look similar (but I can tell them apart) and the LAST thing they need are similar forms! Do ya understand what i'm sayin?

As I brag about every day, I am an ultimate high-ranked ninja that has mastered Ninjitsu many times (think like completing the same video game over and over) I have good skill in Aikido and BJJ, I also am 8 months or something in Jeet Kune Do. -

brando-san replied to brando-san's topic in General Martial Arts Discussion
oh goodness gratious, i spelt STRATEGY wrong on the subject. I have failed you sensei. Allow me to sharpen my katana and commit seppuku. -
errr, why is at the end? use your surperior ninja powers to pretend it isnt there.
-
OK, a ninja was walking down the street, wistling some old tune and then the tripped and fell over some stupid bench that was built right in the middle of the sidewalk. The ninja takes out his katana and impails the bench in rage. THE END.

I am very skilled in the Katana, Nunchuku, but my favorite of them all is the Bo. It just depends what I am using it for. If it is for a demonstration, I choose the Nunchuku, if it is for life or death, I choose the Katana, if I am just in some normal brawl and find a long pole on the ground, I am awesome! (For those that have seen the movie Bulletproof Monk, when that one dude fights that Australian punk with the long pipe, that's what I am talkin about )

What I mean by the subject is: When you are in a fight, do you do any specific first move or aim for a specific area in all your fights? I know the outcome of all fights are un-predictable, but what do you try most? I personaly start out in some Ninjitsu. I go for a knife-edge strike to the nose or adam's apple. If my oponent grabs my wrist in an attempt to counter-attack, I use some fancy Aikido to throw him to the ground in a joint lock. When The fight gets on the ground I use some of my Brazilian Jiu-Jutsu knowledge to grapple. If the fight gets back up to standing, I bust out some Jeet Kune Do and Ninjitsu mixed. I am probably sounding like a fool right now but whatever, what do you guys do?
