I have tried routains from super foot etc but none work really good.What are the best streatching to do every day I take moo duk kwon tae kwon do and need really flexable legs and back.I need a short routain that a could do morning and night every night.Thanks in advance ranmart my split in 15in front from the floor 7in side from the floor my rank yellow
