andy in the trodai club when you are black you are a part instructor then when you are 18 you take an instructor belt this means you can run a club, i am 16 i am going 2 start a club with my 19 year old friend, when we go for are black belt are 1st dan is in that so when i get me black i will be a black belt 1st dan, and i plan to get my martial art licence when i am a black belt. for the instructor belt i teach my instructor class threw half of the lesson and thank for tilling me about the first aid i need 2 do. and i am not take over i am making a new club. we are ran by the a.m.a and the b.c.k.o L8er P.s. andy are name is the same

when the gi comes open it p's me of that why we have 2 gis the 2nd gi is a TKD but i do Katate and if the belt comes open back away and pull it tight or pull the belt of and throw it 2 the side and hope you get a little brat in the eye L8er P.s. just have fun when you spar

like in K1 nobody has say that they do boxing they say Karate and Muay Thai in karate your move flow, in boxing the names of the move are left jab, right jab, lift hook, right hook, but in karate it snap punch, reverse punch, ridge hand, back fist and more plus in most martial arts you block peoples move but in boxing and kick boxing you take the punch and kicks that why i think it is not a martial art.

Hi my feet do not sweet but they did , see your skin on the bottom of your feet with get thicker to this work better in the winter because the wood on the floor will be cool is the skin will get thicker to stop you feeling the cold. L8er
