I try to have a mix of goals, long term goals, short term goals, etc.
I can't say I have a lot planned for 2025 other than training more in karate, and to travel.
It's easy to be hard on ourselves, but sometimes life happens and things don't go as we planned. I think awareness is the key there.
I like to think it's never too late.
