  1. Yes, we do make a great effort to curtail all profanity and inappropriate content. The censor was an automatic install, so we have had to edit it a bit and I have removed porn from the censor. Some people don't realize that we actually have to wait for this content to be posted before we can remove it. It has to be posted first, so yes, some people are going to see it, but it will be removed as soon as it can be.
  2. I've run football pools before, if that is what you mean. But, they are either no bet or nominal (fun) bet.
  3. 903 more posts in 24 hours! We are rocking.
  4. Hello. Our teams are: The (e)X-Men: Kensai ZeRo Tobias_Reece Seoul Survivors: BlueDragon1981 kchenault monkeygirl KickChick LeaF Team Challenge 3 (3 Overall): MA Actors and Movies Quiz This will be a quiz. The team that gets the most correct answers (combined) will be the winning team. This quiz was submitted by G95champ. This quiz matches the person to the movie in which they were the STAR. Note: STAR. There may be a movie where two of the people will in it, but the key is to focus on who starred in the movie. (Not all of the names/movies may be 100% correct spelling wise... there may be a typo or two.) You may not use the web to help you or ask anyone or consult a book, or anything of that nature. You must use your best guesses. Going against that rule only cheapens the game for yourself. Here are the actors: 1. Kevin Sorbo 2. Billy Blanks 3. Sylvester Stallone 4. Steven Segal 5. Chuck Norris 6. Jackie Chan 7. Bruce Lee 8. Jet Li Die 9. Cynthia Rothrock 10. Sasha Mitchell 11. Dolph Lundgren 12. Zhang Zyi 13. Adrian Paul 14. Robin Shou 15. Michael Dubikoff 16. Noriyuke Morita 17. Brandon Lee 18. Wesley Snipes 19. Don Wilson 20. Jean Claude Van Dam Here are the movies: Kickboxer 2 Rocky Romeo Must Die Rush Hour Talons of the Eagle Army of One Kull the Conquerer Fists of Fury Exit Wounds Sidekicks Double Impact Art of War Highlander: Endgame Outside the Law Mortal Kombat American Ninja Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon The Crow Ring of Fire The Next Karate Kid You are to place a number with the movie. 5. I will never - ever - try to read your mind.
  6. I think you will all be pleasantly surprised with our new photo album! Check it out. http://www.karateforums.com/album.php It has a lot more featured than our old one and is organized a lot better. Enjoy!
  7. Voting is no closed. Here are the entries: VOTE 1: Big Game "Well, although Big Game was not the weakest link, I voted for him because I ma in an alliance with the other team members. And over time, I am sure to stab them in the back too." VOTE 2: ZeRo "I vote for Zero." VOTE 3: Big Game "I vote for Big Game, because I have no idea who he is - therefore I don't trust him. MWHAHAHA I am pure EVIL" VOTE 4: ZeRo "im gonna vote for me. although i think i have alot to contribute to the team, i did have the lowest score." So, we have a 2-2 tie between Big Game and ZeRo. It now falls upon me to make the deciding vote. My vote is based on who has performed the best in the competition in my opinion. Big Game outperformed ZeRo in the first challenge, but ZeRo vastly outperformed Big Game in the first challenge, so I must vote Big Game off of the game. The next challenge will be posted within a couple of days.
  8. We have just reached 75,000 posts! We are really humming.
  9. Degrating into bickering match. Closed.
  10. Hello, I am sorry but we cannot allow you to quote an entire article that belongs to someone else (it is against the law). You are welcome to quote exerpts from it or provide a link to where they can find it online.

The answers: Kenneth Funakoshi Shotokan Karate Dr. Jerry Beasley Jeet Kune Do Ken Ota Aikido Bong Soo Han Hapkido Oleg Tartarov Sambo Robert Bussey Ninjutsu Roy Jones Jr. Boxing Maurice Smith Muay Thai Kickvoxing Joselinto Santos Capoeira Gene Le Bell Judo Scores: The (e)X-Men: Kensai - 7 ZeRo - 4 Big Game - 5 Tobias_Reece - 7 Total: 23 Seoul Survivors: BlueDragon1981 - 10 kchenault - 6 monkeygirl - 6 KickChick - 10 LeaF - 8 Total: 40 Congratulations to the Seoul Survivors. Once again, it is time for The (e)X-Men to vote off one of their own. Please note that only members of The (e)X-Men can vote and you can not vote for any members of the Seoul Survivors. This means that you must vote for someone from The (e)X-Men. You vote by sending a private message via this link: http://www.karateforums.com/privmsg.php?mode=post&u=745 Please mention what player you are voting for and feel free to give a short rationale. The vote and rationale will be posted, but your username (IE: who made the vote) will not be posted. So, all votes will remain anonymous. If there is a tie in voting, I will then make the deciding vote. The deadline for this vote is Sunday, February 23 at 10:00 PM Central US time. Good luck.
