what id do is learn to block so if someone attacks you, you cn block savin u gettin damaged.

we learn both the full punch and standing fist which is a fist standing.

from what I've learnt soto-uki comes from the back of the head in

wen performing techniques like kata or just punching you should breathe. It helps to tense you up.

I do a lot of normal techniques and a lot of advanced technical techniques. Also hat else do you do besides basics.

I train twice a week at my dojo and will sometimes train at home!

I think a side kick is great in fights. I was at the park when i was 11 and i took on about 5 people. 1 charged at me and i planted a side kick in him and he went flying back. Very effective.

I heard doctors sometimes throw you down stairs if your dead to ressurect you. God knows if thats true but these are all tales. I think if they did that it gets the heart pumping I heard it

I dont know if ne1 knows that your gi can be used as different things but it can. If you fold it up a special way it can be A kick/strike pad Weapon Good to store I cant explain how to fold it up becqause i just cant really explain properly. Do you know about this[/b]

I know that you can strangle with an obi because we do that at my dojo.

No offence but this is a rather stupid question which i dont understand much. If he went to my club then id say hi blah blah blah. If i didnt know him and he was really big then it really depends on what he tries to do. Im not a fighter.

Sorry its just hard to say it. With one hand i push the hand with the knife in away with my other hand i knife hands strike to the jaw. Sorry about that.

What would you do if you were face to face with a attacker with a knife. Oh and you cant run away. I would get the knife out of the way first. With my hand opposite the knife i grab the wrist quickly coming in with a knife hand strike to the jaw. Hopefully the attacker drops the knife. I kick it away and put his arm in a arm lock throwing in a few strikes to weken the attacker. I then report whatever happens to the police giving in the knife. lol

I probably would be nervous in a fight but would keep my guard up. If im in my on guard stance the chance of the opponent throwing a windmill punch to my head is pretty high. I block and wind them with a kick to the floating ribs. Everyone go's and helps him up and start going ur snide to me and chase me. Well that would happen at my school.

i dont really believe in diets. My natural eating routine contains fast food, fruit, veg, normal food. But the excersize and training i do burns of the fatty foods. Im 13 and i need it "to grow up big and strong"
