  1. I have been out with a few injuries, mabey age is just catching up. Our club is small, and many of our adults have left. I think the discipline is the answer; mabey it is a sign to study more of the theory part anyhow; thanks for the input

Hello fellow practitioners I'm struggling to find my interest in karate i have been doing it for 20 some odd years I'm 54 had my hips replaced at 46 and in good shape I love karate ,I feel my heart is not in it not like when I got my first blackbelt sometimes I really have to drag my butt in there anyone else feel this way?and how do you work around it????

  4. Hello just a question does anyone else have a double hip replacment and still practicing karate? Would love to here how you are making out with them My question is I feel as though my body is not connected (lol it really is not connected) But how do you feel now them from when you had your real hips

  8. Hi back from a 5 year break had a double hip replacement Feels good to be back I really missed karate been at it for about 18 years slow start but it's coming back I am a shito ryu practitioner 51 years young
