  1. I focus on the time required to do push ups. I've been focusing on increasing their number in a specific time period.
  2. He is very flexible. I'm trying to strengthen my muscles in this way, but sometimes injuries take place, which takes time to get healed..
  3. Yes i tried it. It helped me in cooping with my stress. But i'm not able to do it accurately, as it requires lot of flexibility and muscular strength.
  4. It takes time to develop discipline. Mind is like a muscle, the new ways of living and habits takes time to get into routine.
  5. I usually take a deep sleep after a workout to give my muscles enough time to get healed. Diet also plays a major role in muscles strength and flexibility.
