Hi first post At our school, we use stripes to designate what dan you are: 1dan yellow, 2nd green, 3rd blue, 4th red... You also get a uniform with trim on the ends of the sleeves that matches your belt. Its sort of our "dress" uniform, worn during tests,bb classes, and when you're teaching. Most bb's have a separate regular uniform for normal use. g
