Hi guys and gals, I'm going to be going to my first TKD class on monday looking to get fit and learn a martial art but what sort of exercise could I do on my own to enhance my performance? Due to work etc I only have about 30-40 mins to spare in the mornings to do it. Would like to develop good kicks and develop my abs and upper body strength. Have been doing sit-ups and press-ups for the last month or so.
