Curious as to what is involved in it.

I get to listen to anything I want all day every day. But workin needs a workin kind of music. Something to keep you moving & pumped up. I burn my own mixes, cause few can fill out a CD on their own. But honestly Limp Bizkit can fill a CD with some good quality Butt kickin music.

Yeah it looked long. I posted a thread about Zen or being in the zone etc & was surprised about how little play it got. The "Zone" is real to anyone where Ki seems to only happen to those with strong beliefs about it.You'd think their be more discussion on it. I love being still in mind & reacting without thought.

Now I could have been in there when that happened.Easily.So now I carry a gun.Just for the folks that need killin.(Where's the big thumb smilie ???)
