    Hi my name is Les I am living in United Kingdom but I am Polish. I am doing Karate (Shin Ai Do) and wrestling nearly 20 years now. I am currently 2 Dan in Karate, running small club near Guildford. Hope to have interesting read and conversation about martial arts on this forum. All the best Les
