Hey guys I'm new here I'm 23 and have recently I had been getting anxiety so my doctor told me pills are only a tool to the cure and suggested I start going to the gym or start a sport so I decided to start Karate and it really does help and is so fun . I started Karate about 3-4 months ago just recently learned first Kata and I am on my yellow tip, getting close to yellow belt just another 5 sessions. My sessions go for one and a half hours every Thursday night at 6:00pm and they're mostly adults believe it or not thank, you for your time.
