I pulled a muscle in my back four years ago while doing pullups. And was told by my Therapist to start adding Yoga to my workouts. I was like uh ,ok! So before I start Yoga I wanted to know what some of you guys out there think about it!
Yes I am into Jeet Kune Do myself no not concepts! And I came across Baguazhang while watching Youtube! I was wondering is there anyone out there that can help me I'm tring to find a Baguazhang instructor here in Memphis TN? I like the Meditation part of Baguazhang! Thanks!
