  1. Supplements are good to sue for body because supplements help in deficiency of vitamins and provide our body strength. Protein shake is good source of protein and vitamins so it is good before or after training.
  2. Well its a very interesting thread because all posts are great and i found some great ideas f training routine. If someone needs more information then contact with us. We are providing great information and suggestions in training matter.
  3. There are many cardio exercises for increasing stamina but running is best from all. Its a best exercise that increases our stamina and makes us physically and mentally strong.
  4. No doubt that with physical training mind training is also important to keep brain healthy and fresh. There are many exercises that help us in doing this.
  5. Protein shake is best source of nutrition. It is good to drink protein shake before or after workout because protein is good thing for energy and provides strength to our body. If someone is getting training of bodybuilding then it is good to drink protein shake after training.
