  1. You don't really need to go to the gym you can do training by staying at home. Do push ups,pull ups they are very useful for you it will increase your stamina and strength.Go running,swimming,play football,tennis that develop strength naturally.
  2. Do push ups and pull ups at home that will help you in gaining stamina and strength it will make your muscles strong.You will feel more active physically.
  3. I take whey protein with milk,that actually suits me and i found it very good for training. I suggest you to try it may be it will do the same for you.
  4. Well i would suggest you not to go for gym right now you should do activities at home. Go swimming,cycling,running,play cricket,tennis,football etc they are also exercises according to me because they makes your muscles strong and increases the stamina.
  5. Yes i have used why protein for a while its very useful but i prefer taking natural supplements. And taking stuff which is rich in nutrition naturally,I take fruit juices and shakes.
  6. Very true i completely agree being mentally strong is more important thing physically.You need to get motivated by something and should set a aim for which you have to achieve at any cost.
