    Hey, I am a novice yellow belt W.S.K.F Shotokan trainer. There are a lot of kicks,punches,blocks in karate. A LOT! So why just some Limited techniques, like mawashi geri and... are used in kumite?! Are those techniques useless? Or I heard wrong about this?!
