  1. Just in case anyone is interested, there is a puglist club in Seatle that teaches the old style of bareknuckle boxing. Has anyone heard of it?
  2. Someone just mentioned this form of boxing on this board, and I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this ma. Are there any good sites about this?
  3. What do you think is more benefical health wise, strength training or endurance training? I used to focus on building strength, but once I tried endurance training I felt like I got more out of it.
  4. I appreciate the opinions I got on my last post, thank you. Anyway, I'm now looking for a no nonsense type of martial art; One that has no belt system, katas, and teaches everything for self defense and is well rounded. I've heard of Krav Mega, but I'm not sure about the gun defense. Are there any others like this?
  5. Hi! I'm new here and I had a very brief history in the martial arts, and what I learned was not worth the short amount of time I spent there. Anyway, I was wondering if any of you would consider boxing as a good martial art for self defense. I have cerebral palsey so I can't use my feet for self defense very well so thought that boxing would be good for someone like me. What's your opinion (whoever you are)?
