  1. Well I use proteins. A natural solution called arnica is great, when you're anticipating to be painful. As long as you don't go crazy it's not bad but your body can only manage, so much of certain things so it's always important, to make sure that you're not over filling your body with nutritional supplements.

I am a footballer so i had stamina, already by the running 4 km everyday. but if u do not have a good stamina here is a tip in the begining of the race jog only and dont loose ur stamina, don't let the the racers who r overtaking tempt u to run, when about 400 mts is left start t run you may come among the top 3.
  4. Well the only simple way to get a 8-pack, is by decreasing your body extra fat below a certain level. Reduce body weight and at a certain point the abs, instantly appear. It is n't even a really high body extra fat amount, either.
