Hi guys. So its been a while since i lasylt posed. I was orange belt., wado ryu. Alot has happened since. Im now blue belt absolutly loving it. Ive competed twice came 3rd in my first kumite and won my second. My bloody appendix burst which put a spanner in the works. But ive come back with a vengance. At our presentation in december i won 2 merits and outstanding student of the year award. My senseisaid we couldnt keep him away even when he was ill. Destination black Just thought id share my experiences

Thanks guys. Yeah ive spoke to sensei. He said the doc has to sign me off for insurance purposes. So another 2 weeks off. Never mind. Thanks again

Yeah thats how i was going to go about it. Im back at work wednesday and was going to start light weight training then too. I went to watch training last week coz i missed the guys and im waiting for sensei to get back to me on facebook regarding starting back. Thanks for your help. Fingers crossed

Hi guys. Its been a while since my last post. Ive had a burst appendix removed 3 weeks ago and im really missing my karate training. I was hoping to go back a week tomorrow which will be 5 weeks after op. Is this too soon. I was going to go light and controlled for a while thankyou

Do it buddy. Ive just completed my first tourny at 7th kyu and came 3rd in kata and 3rd in kumite. Great for your confidence

Exellent gi. Marerial is nice and not to heavy at 9ounce. Recommend to anyone. It has an inside gumshield pocket too

Hello guys. Im thinking of buying a simple 3 bar leg stretcher and wanted to know. How lobg should i use it a day ? And how often a week? What are your experiences with these. Do they work

Thankyou. Yes i got a pdf of the wukf rules and it states the sleeves can be anywhere from the middle of the forearmsbut no longer than the wrists. If that makes sens. Thanks osu

Hi guys ive just got my new gi. Kyoto european cut kumite gi. Its smart as hell. Question is the sleeves go to just before my wrists. Short sleeves. Is this allowed in competition. Cheers guys

hi guys sorry to bother u all again. But im quite unsure wbout the kumite i am entering. It says it is an open tournament. Does that mean i, an orange belt could end up fighting a dan grade???? I think im having second thoughts now

Hi guys. Im definatly competing on april the 7th in kumite. The nerves are killing me. Whats the chances of me getting hurt? Its 90second fight light contact apparently
