  1. Yes it is a good idea you should start it back but make sure that you get trained under a good instructor maybe he would be able to cover you up with your flat feet.

  3. I've been working out for long time and my body is in good shape. For some reason i am unable to define my abs they aren't really prominent I can hardly see them in the mirror. Although I do a lot of crunches. Please can anyone guide me on how to really define my abs and give me a proper guideline ?
  4. Yeah I have injured myself during stupid stuff too. You should be confident about your physical abilities but also be very careful remember if you are trying something risky make sure you have a professionals help and the proper equipment and place to do what ever it is you are doing.
  5. I've got a knock on my nuts quite a few times specially people over here try to target your balls as your greatest weakness during fights. The most painful time was when i was on training for parkour, i was trying to balance myself on a thin bar when one of my feet slipped the bar hit me between the legs smashing my balls against my body i can never forget that painful day.
  6. I remember watching parkour on t.v for the first time and it drove me crazy. i was amazed by what those people were able to do. I never thought i would be able to do parkour but when i joined the academy near my society and learned the basic techniques and started to train i realized it wasn't that difficult all it takes is a lot of practice and belief. Although i am a beginner i hope pretty soon i'll be able to upload a very awesome video of me doing parkour. So for all the people who want to learn parkour know that you can do it nothing is impossible.
