  1. Hiya guys, i'm gonna do this program i found on the internet. 10 one legged squats – each side 20 body weight squats 20 walking lunges (10 each leg) 20 jump step-ups (10 each leg) 10 pull ups [or inverted body weight rows using your kitchen table] 10 dips – bar stools 10 chin ups [or inverted body weight rows with underhand grip] 10 push ups 30 second plank I wanna try to go to 3 complete circuits without breaks. How are your opinions ?
  2. those advanced bodyweights routines can be done with free weights ? Well, my school is a sport-school, i'm going to be a gymteacher. I go to school with my bike I will look more of that bodyweight routines
  3. hiya guys, I'm a practicer of shotokan karate, and i really want a training schedule. I'm a 18 year old boy, but i don't wanna go to the gym to workout because i don't have that much time because of school Can anyone make me a training schedule for like a half hour or so ? Really want to work out on my muscles but no time for gym Any help is appreciated
