the point of stacking the ECA is to cut extra BF.. you should already be on a body fat losing diet (drinking lots of water, 5-6 small meals a day, and cardio), the ECA stack only quickens your loses until you are at the desired bf% then you can cut it off and continue the diet to maintain.. I lift weights quite a bit and have used it during my cutting session a few times.. it works really well.. and is really popular with weight lifters as far as cutting products go, along with clen which is really hard to get ahold of.. I didn't say that this was the end all way of losing bf%, obviously natural is healthier, but if you want a much quicker way of doing it.. ECA is the most cost effective way that works.. Also the side effects from ephedra that were listed are very rare.. ephedra has been put into a bad light because of a few idiots who didn't know what they were doing with it...
