  1. the point of stacking the ECA is to cut extra BF.. you should already be on a body fat losing diet (drinking lots of water, 5-6 small meals a day, and cardio), the ECA stack only quickens your loses until you are at the desired bf% then you can cut it off and continue the diet to maintain.. I lift weights quite a bit and have used it during my cutting session a few times.. it works really well.. and is really popular with weight lifters as far as cutting products go, along with clen which is really hard to get ahold of.. I didn't say that this was the end all way of losing bf%, obviously natural is healthier, but if you want a much quicker way of doing it.. ECA is the most cost effective way that works.. Also the side effects from ephedra that were listed are very rare.. ephedra has been put into a bad light because of a few idiots who didn't know what they were doing with it...
  2. Like any other drug its only dangerous if you don't do your research.. the only reason anyones died from it was because they were morons trying to lose lbs to meet weight regulations for wrestling matches/football/other sports.. as you may know alot of them stop drinking water to put their weight way down there (you can lose ~ 8-10 lbs in water in only a day or two) believe me if you are taking this drug wrong you will have many warning factors before it harms you including passing out.. if you drink water like is directed you will be fine + be burning fat quicker even during your non-activity times..
  3. our traditional tkd school has a little ninjas program where anyone I think from the age 13 and below goes into.. they get higher belts but have to start over when they join the real academy program.
  4. do an ECA stack.. ephedrine caffeine and aspirin.. do some research and drink tons of water with it.. will definately keep your metabolism going overtime all day..
  5. well ive wanted to do martial arts since I was a kid but coming from a small town there were none.. i get to college and they have dojos but I have to work/go to classes all the time.. im in real good shape I workout everyday and am very flexible so I think I have some potential.. just need to find somewhere to start
  6. Is it possible to begin learning a martial arts without a teacher? I don't really have a lot of time and my schedule is screwy.. was wondering if it was possible and if any internet sites taught some technique or video tapes.. thanks
  7. yes it helped, I went ahead and searched and found two schools near me.. ones for taekwando can anyone tell me what that is about and if they think id like it?
  8. oh and some info about me.. im 19 like I said 6' 1"185 lbs (lil out of shape).. im really flexible, can kick a 6'5" person in the face if I wanted too.. I definately want something with alot of kicks and some punching also.. as for the reason for wanting to take martial arts I would say just self progression.. mostly physical, oh and im not doing this so I can beat someone up or anything like that..
  9. okey im 19.. im a lil old to be starting MA but I want to give it a try.. only problem is a work full time 6p-1am everyday of the week except wednesday and saturday.. I also go to college so my times pretty limited.. does anyone know what times the MA schools usually have lessons and what days are common to have them? Im also thinking ill have problems finding a training place because I live in a small town.. I know they have aquido here but im not sure if thats what I would want to do.. I also heard something about Kung Fu but I don't know where I would even start to look to find these places.. also im going to start lifting weights also so does anyone know anything I should really concentrate on?
  10. yeh im not out of shape just I was wondering if there were any special excersizes that helped like maybe wrist strength or kicking strength.. like one i found where you do pushups with your knuckles.. i think its for wrists not sure though..
  11. Are there any excersizes that people do lots of when they want to get into martial arts.. like for preperation.. etc?
  12. thanks good to know I wun be pommeled hehe. I was also wondering should I not be able to join due to my schedule if anyone knew any good video programs or something.. thers no real dojos or whatever u guys all go to around here.. this is just a college kinda extra curricular thing.. Id like to get prepared best I could when i move to a bigger city that will actually have one..
  13. also.. are there any excersizes that u people do alot like general excersizes? ive searched everywhere and alls i find is books to buy..
  14. I have never done any martial arts although I have always wished to do so.. i am 18 now and im wondering if im too old to start now. Also there is an aikido class going on at my college and I was wondering if it is a good one to start with or if id get pommeled. I may not be able to attend due to work and classes right now but definately thinking about it.. thanks!
