You got a trojan from napster.I mean I know that there is a risk of downloading a virus from files but you would have thought that napster would have been better than that.Napster is really not very good now that the filters are up.Go to http://www.aimster.com and download it.It is a napster clone and does the same job but better.

Higher grades are always a little intimidating to fight.I know this from expierience.When I come to spar most of the time I get put with higher grades(shodan,Nidan).But I look at it this way,You can learn a lot from somebody with more expierience than you.

I know that you can't defend with nunchaku but If you can evade their attack and attack back you wont need to defend with them because your opponent would be on the ground.
