Hi guys i'm 180cm and i obviously buy the 180 size in the japanese cut and im struggling to shrink my shureido and my tokaido gi's they are 100% cotton and i just cant shrink them do they take several washes before i see any difference? thanks chris

I've been looking where to find a uk site that sells silk satin black belts by shureido does anyone know anywhere i can get one from? cheers chris
