Favourite prison fight movies

Sounds more like a fairy tale. -
This may sound strange but I prefer cold to heat. At least when it's cold, you can put something on. But when it's hot, you can do almost nothing...

And what is the original country of that style?

Why do you have to belong to a style
Ashley replied to Dobbersky's topic in General Martial Arts Discussion
I think that is because you automatically start to belong to a certain style. -
I drink a lot of water but I think going vegan is not right... Humans always were flesh eaters, our stomachs differ much from herbivores. But eating healthy food is very important.

I would be so anxious if I were you Good luck! -
Yeah, but one needs a good teacher at first because it's hard to learn it yourself. There are many nuances.

Everyone of us had these moments. I often did.

Every man has one arm weaker than another one. It's normal. Just don't let this differences to be huge. Train more with your weaker arm.
-
It's harmful to train when you're ill. You should put all your efforts and strength to cure yourself firts. Otherwise there can be complications.
-
Interesting. I think that this kind of martial art is very rare because I haven't met it anywhere in Europe or USA...

I saw a tv program not so long ago where they said that it's always better not to try to disarm an attacker with a gun. In real life situation I mean.

I didn't understand: was it your intention to kick him or was it an accident? Well, 5 times can't be accidently )))

What to do if a teen starts losing interest?

Is it realistic to train for multiple attackers?
Ashley replied to JiuJitsuNation's topic in General Martial Arts Discussion
Primarily yes. My comment was based on training to fight more than one on occasion. Every few weeks we line up for a 3 or 4 person sparring drill. The drill definitely has that element of surprise and confusion. I think it's better to use aggressive tactics and attack first but not waiting to defend yourself. This may confuse your opponents and give you a chance to win. I saw many times when a single person won against 2. -
It often happened to me when I couldn't concentrate on my work thinking about other things like yesterday's sparring.

I think you need to give them a chance to decide. If they are not interested, do not insist. Possibly later they will come back to martial arts, if they want.
