I trained Okinawan Goju Ryu under Frank Van Lenten's Goshin-Do Karate-Do Kyokai orginization in Valparaiso, Florida. I was a 2cd degree black belt and also taught some childrens' classes ( even though I was still a teenager) under the supervision of Sinsai Douglas. I studied there for years, but only met Master Van Lenten a few times. It was his organization and dojo, but he didn't live in the area and Sinsai Douglas was the teacher.
