Painful minor injuries
Never injured in Karate but i have many injuries from Judo,broken toes,broken fingers,neck pains from shime waza,burns to the skin from newaza and other smaller injuries.Judo is very hard on body but i love it

Training Shotokan in Japan
Hi everyone,first of all sorry for my English.My name is Dimitris and i am from Greece.I am a 1st kyu in Judo and i am planning to travel to Japan and train at the Kodokan institute.I also train in Shotokan here.I am 6th kyu now probably 3rd when i leave.Where is the best dojo-institute(i mean similar of the Kodokan) of Shotokan in Japan-Tokyo?If anyone knows please reply.Thanks in advance
