  1. cool How do you do a 540 kick? oh and by the way, if you want to, here's how to do a no-handed kip. same thing as handed but you have to push with your head. Also push your hands into your thighs as you launch as it makes the move much easier

I was just wondering what kinds of tricks everybody can do. for example ican do: kip-up (every official type: - handed no handed, head etc.) front hand spring (two and one handed) back handspring front flip au batido aerial every 360 kick butterfly kick butterfly twist front splits side splits (1/2 inch off floor) folha secca aerial switch 1/2 twist backflip kinda thing spinning star kip axe aerial so.. what can evryone else do??? p.s. didn't know where to post this so I logically thought wushu=chinese lol
  3. I never do any warm up stretching However, I do some warm-up exercises such a kip-ups and handstands. I don't do anything major until this helps me keep warmed up. Plus I think you must mentally prepare yourself for any activity or the warm-up stretches won't help much anyway fior example, you can go to punch someone but you still need to judge distance and power or it won't hit (you need preperation for EVERYTHING)

  6. does anybody know where you can get a proper shaolin uniform minus the top (so, braces, shoes, socks and trousees) in the u.k. for quite cheap prices? thanx for the help
  7. personally I do 50 punches (25 left, 25 right) every night, non-stop as fast as I can. I did that for a month and I could hear the wind from what I thought were quite soft punches. so, maybe that'll work oh yeah the punches are hook/jabs (a two in one kinda thing) just imagine you're clubbing someone around the temples.
  8. My grandmaster for Choy Li Fut Kung fu, grandmaster Doc-fai Wong is coming to England to give a few seminars, somwhere in Kent. Is this cool or what? p.s. have any other high up people visited England for seminars like this?
  9. I am 17 and I have a developed set of abs, visible pectoral muscles and semi-muscular (not very)but defined arms. Despite this, I am still quite 'skinny' I still show quite a bit of ribbiness, especially in the middle of my ribcage and the bottom of each sides. I sthere anything I can do to cover it up but not look fat? (I know some ribs will inevitably show but not many)

  12. Yeah .... kind of. Since I'm only 17, there is a lot of snacks (sugary) but not many healthy snacks. I do Eat about 4 apples a day plus healthy lunches and dinners. Do crisps count towards this (bad food)?
  13. I do quite a bit of ab exercise, mainly the ones on the links up recently and have a wierd problem. No matter how much lower ab exercise I do, I cannot gain any definition for it. Reasons plz?
