I read the other thread, but did not hear how to best condition for different breaking techniques (fist, palm, heel and elbow). We start breaking at Green Belt level so I'm curious.
I have been in TKD for a very short time in the past. I loved it and decided to keep going in martial arts now that its about 7 years later! The school that was closest/most affordable to me is a World TSD school. I felt disloyal to TKD at first, but I'm loving it.
