It is good to hear you saved it. I have a couple of Toyo uniforms and I tend to alt them durning the week, I also use a lightweight uniforms when I am just practicing at home
I totally stink at jumping rope. Thanks for the advice on training with one hand. I want to become lighter on my feet. One of my biggest weakness when Sparing is I am really heavy on my feet. I am bolted to the ground. I will try it and want to get better at it.
I like to get there at least 3 times a week, sometimes for one class and others for two. We have open sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I am going to start making it 4 times a week with one of the open sessions.
