hey, i'll be starting bjj soon, i was wondering if you could give me some good training that i could do before beginning (for example-jogging or sprinting) so i show up in shape...also, what can i expect at the first couple of classes? any tips or advice? thanks p.s.--three60roundhouse, i saw you train bjj in new jersey, what school if u dont' mind me asking? i will be training in emerson. thanks
