hi, i was practising karate (kyokushin) for about 1 year, i had 8kyu (blue), now i want to remember 1 kata name, its not pinonsono or tayk yokosono ( srry dont know how to spell ) it was relaxing kata with plastic moves, i think u dont nedd to walk in that kata and u need to breath regulary) but nto sanchino). someone know it? ir just can someone write names of famillier katas?
