So its great to see guys like ANDERSON SILVA who bows when he gets into the ring and shows respect for his opponent before and after the fight. GEORGE ST. PIERRE is the same and he also wears a gi on his way to the ring - i think thats pretty cool. [/b]

A few years ago i would get my forearms pretty badly bruiesed as well after a few blocks. After a while the body gets used to it and my forearms no longer ache like they once did.
