Jack Posted April 1, 2002 Share Posted April 1, 2002 Dynamic flexiblity, and passive flexibility - You will find plenty of posts on this if you use the Search function at the top of the page! Also you need to work on muscle control - try holding your leg in front kick position as high as possible for as long as possible until your leg gives up. Then try side and back, both legs.
