coltmakai Posted July 20, 2002 Posted July 20, 2002 List Some of your favorite combo's. I would have to say that I am a sucker for the: jab--cross---down kick
muaythaidm Posted July 20, 2002 Posted July 20, 2002 I like jab - right cross - left hook - right cross - right kick
ckdstudent Posted July 20, 2002 Posted July 20, 2002 Inwards punch aimed just beside the head, into backfist, elbow strike, all off the same arm towards the head as linked techniques, melding into a downwards sidefist to the groin. ---------Pil SungJimmy B
ZeRo Posted July 21, 2002 Posted July 21, 2002 front kick-round kick-side kick fake front kick to there right side of them then snap it to a high round kick.
Eye of the Tiger Posted July 21, 2002 Posted July 21, 2002 Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee. I dont really have combos I just follow Muhamed Ali's principle. I do what is right depending on the situation, planned combos usually dont work when in a fight anyway.

Please keep those witty comments of yours coming. It takes sacrifice to be the best. There are always two choices, two paths to take. One is easy. And its only reward is that it's easy.
WhiteShark Posted August 20, 2002 Posted August 20, 2002 Jab -> Cross -> Right outside leg Kick -> Grab -> Left knee -> Right Knee -> Right Elbow -> start over with Jab to adjust range Or Throw instead of knee after the grab. I guess you can tell but I fight Muay Thai. Rock Paper ScissorPunch Knee Kick^ME^ ^MY DOJO^
larryjf Posted August 20, 2002 Posted August 20, 2002 jab, cross, hook, front kick, roundhouse kick, side kick
WhiteShark Posted August 20, 2002 Posted August 20, 2002 Larryjf, have you considered adding something after the hook before the front kick in my experience you are a little too close to do a good front kick after a solid hook. Another cross or a knee would help you reposition for a front kick. Just a thought... Rock Paper ScissorPunch Knee Kick^ME^ ^MY DOJO^
larryjf Posted August 20, 2002 Posted August 20, 2002 i like the idea of adding the knee. thanks for the advice.
