PhilM1 Posted January 3, 2004 Posted January 3, 2004 I'm just wondering if i could use a rash gaurd that can be used at the beach for bjj. My teacher was trying to sell me some 45 dollar rash gaurd thats the same material as a 15 dollar one i can get down the street at a surf shop. think it will work? fight til you die
Venezolano Posted January 3, 2004 Posted January 3, 2004 I've never used a rash guard, althought i've heard that it's almost the same thing to use a surf rash guard, so i think you could use it Valencia - Venezuela.
Rich67 Posted January 4, 2004 Posted January 4, 2004 They're esentially the same thing. I think the wrestling/jiu jitsu rash guards have more spandex or elastic in them to make them slightly more flexible than the watersport variety. But I don't think it'll make much of a difference. Treebranch Posted January 17, 2004 Posted January 17, 2004 Rash Guards. Gross. "It is easier to find men who will volunteer to die, than to find those who are willing to endure pain with patience.""Lock em out or Knock em out"
Reklats Posted January 17, 2004 Posted January 17, 2004 Ah. I'm not a rashguard person myself. I guess I just don't have delicate skin. Except for my dragging knee when I shoot.
