battousai16
i just saw a fairly good movie last night called "Amelie". it's in french, and it's really weird, but it different and has a good message to it. i thoroughly enjoyed it "I hear you can kill 200 men and play a mean six string at the same time..."-Six String Samurai

Drunken Monkey
to be honest i wasn't that impressed with that one. too much hype. maybe if i saw it when it was released it would've meant more to me. as it is, it's just another old horror flick. has it's moments though. anyone know suspiria? post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are."When you have to kill a man it costs nothing to be polite." krunchyfrogg
Films you should see before you die: Clockwork Orange and If ('cos Malcom McDowell is da maan!), erm... Mallrats (best teen movie ever!), Joan of Arc, Braveheart (good war films), Rocky films, ID (funny film about football hooliganism), Bloodsport, Kickboxer, Once upon a time in china, Fist of Legend, Way of the Dragon...there's loads of films I like n that are worth seeing. As for newish films comming out/been out, christ no idea. The films that are out at the moment are nothing short of crap, but I wanna see The Pianist, that looks good. How could you possibly mention Mallrats without mentioning every other Kevin Smith movie?? Mallrats is by far the worst out of all of them, and you miss half the jokes if you haven't seen Cleriks before hand! battousai16
a fairly interesting thing to note is that brave heart was fairly historically accurate. although the "get married, but wife killed by the brits" thing is questionable, there are documents that state the accuracy of the battles. did you know william wallace was 6'7!?! the average european at the time was about 5'0. the guy was huge... Drunken Monkey
rumour has it that mel gibson asked to use wallace's actual sword in some of the scenes. well as you may know a claymore, is made to measure, the blade being roughly the height of the man up to his shoulders... well, lets just say ol' mel didn't measure up. post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are."When you have to kill a man it costs nothing to be polite."
