battousai16 Posted November 3, 2003 Posted November 3, 2003 "Monkeygirl I have almost all of the Anne Mac Caffrey books in prc format to read on my pda using mobipocket." ...oh wow... ...i have no idea what you just said.... monkeygirl Posted November 4, 2003 Posted November 4, 2003 I'm guessing that PRC is a file format, mobipocket is the program used to read a PRC file, and of course a PDA is a Personal Digital Assistant ... or maybe a Public Display of Affection. 1st dan & Asst. SaiFightsMS Posted November 5, 2003 Posted November 5, 2003 The electronic critter in my avatar is my SJ33. A 16mb pda will hold a lot of books. battousai16 Think of something like adobe reader or ms reader but on a portable device.
battousai16 Posted November 6, 2003 Posted November 6, 2003 i'll just imagine a really tiny electronic library, because i have no idea what any of that is "I hear you can kill 200 men and play a mean six string at the same time..."-Six String Samurai
SaiFightsMS Posted November 6, 2003 Posted November 6, 2003 One of my memory sticks which is slightly smaller than a stick of gum has 180+ books on it.
monkeygirl Posted November 6, 2003 Posted November 6, 2003 Wow...I wonder if my Mom's PDA can do that! She just got it a week or two ago. 1st dan & Asst. Instructor TKD 2000-2003No matter the tune...if you can rock it, rock it hard.
SaiFightsMS Posted November 6, 2003 Posted November 6, 2003 Cool. I wonder if she will be a gamer or a reader? What kind did she get? I was looking at the New Dark Tower book at the store today $24.95, fictionwise has it for 19 something.
