CPU Posted September 24, 2003 Share Posted September 24, 2003 At my school (ASK) we usaly do somewhat in the nature of 20-45 pushups, situps and jumpin jacks. Then we strech, the warmup will very depending on who's doing it. After we've warmed up our instructor starts our lesson. Practise is the Key Posted September 26, 2003 Share Posted September 26, 2003 Practise doing the splits its a good where to excercise and have a kick or two before going to classes. 3 and a half weeks ago I can't do the splits now I nearly and 4 times I reach the floor 3-4 weeks to got till I do the Side splits . I am still training however, having dabbled in Shotokan and Shotokai Karate.
