CPU Posted September 24, 2003 Posted September 24, 2003 At my school (ASK) we usaly do somewhat in the nature of 20-45 pushups, situps and jumpin jacks. Then we strech, the warmup will very depending on who's doing it. After we've warmed up our instructor starts our lesson. Sparring - loved by many perfected by few
Practise is the Key Posted September 26, 2003 Posted September 26, 2003 Practise doing the splits its a good where to excercise and have a kick or two before going to classes. 3 and a half weeks ago I can't do the splits now I nearly and 4 times I reach the floor 3-4 weeks to got till I do the Side splits . I am still training however, having dabbled in Shotokan and Shotokai Karate. I am please to report that Kenshukai is one of the strongest and most disciplined styles ( i did not write this)
