My last one went like this......

 

Bow in

 

Quick 5 min warm up (we streched be fore class)

 

30 min Kihon

 

30 min Kata

 

30-45 Sparring (pre arranged then free fighting)

 

Bow out

It was something like this:

 

45 minutes warming-up an stretching.

 

30min kicking and punching

 

30 min Kata

 

15 min sparring

 

This sounds like a perfect class !! :D

 

It´s very good, yeah. And our trainer is very skilled and has a great sense of humour.

Shukokai Karate, Orange belt ( 7. kyu)
