I am fighting in a tornment in 2 month and I haven't trianed in fighting arts for a while. Since I've been training in weight lifting and running.

 

The rules are, no full contact to the head, can kick anywhere els full power, can have 5 second grabs, keens are allowed and so are elbows(with out elbow pat or keen pads)

 

Well, today, i trained for 4 hours on the heavy bag and 1 on dodgeing, blocking and foot work(yea i know i didn't train alot in foot work and blocking and dodgeing).

 

Can any pro here tell me a better way to max it out in 2 month? I have 6 hours to train a day and I'll take any form of training. I swear I will get the gold. ( besides, i have to pay 70 bucks just to enter ).
