Seriously though, some days I feel 84 and some days I feel 14.

Yeah, even though age 31 has it's advantages, I wish I had the knees and ankles of a teenager. I thought you would have mentioned something to that effect...especially since you are a few months older than me.

The partying didn't have that kind of effect on joints and ligaments. Sports and recreation pretty much did the damage. I had the work hard play hard lifestyle for a while, but now it's just martial arts to stay in shape.
