in class we do listen to somewhat "chill out" moods, or something relaxing. its good for stretching and work on kata i think.

 

at home i listen to relaxing music while doing kata / stretching as well, but listen to Marilyn Manson, 311, Rocky Theme and stuff while doing kicking/punching or body exercises.
